Vinyasa Flow
My favourite style of yoga, as it allows space for creativity and freedom within the lineage of Ashtanga yoga.
Linking breath to movement, inVinyasa classes, poses are connected to one another in a smooth fluid way, creating a flowing sequence, where we focus not only on the actual poses, but also on the transitions between them.
The class pace and intensity could vary and could be modified accordingly.

Slow Flow
A slower pace yoga practice, recommended for beginners, or for those looking for more softer practices than Vinyasa. A combination of yin(soft) and yang(strong) qualities within the practice. Expect to move slow but strong at times, finding more space to yield within the practice.
Yin
I love yin. It's a perfect practice to compliment your strong, dynamic practice.
I believe It's another way to find your meditative state and also to get to know yourself.
Primarily floor based practice, where postures are held for long periods of time, allowing the muscles to relax so you can work deeper into the connective tissue.
One to One/Privates
I love working close to people, helping them to further their practice in whatever way they might need to.
In one on one sessions we look at anything the person specifically likes/needs to work on, whether that's postural issues, goal to go further within the certain pose, breathing, mindfulness or meditation. I can tailor the practice to individual's specific needs, spending more time with anything the person might be struggling with.
